Sign3’s platform scores very large volumes of events every month for financial institutions in India — account opening, logins, payments, merchant onboarding. Behind each score is a model that has to catch fraud a regulator-grade auditor will defend, at a false-positive rate a customer-experience team will tolerate, inside a tight real-time budget.
You will own pieces of that machinery. Not notebooks that end in a deck — models that run in production against live traffic for real customers.
Sign3 already has a senior leader driving large bank and enterprise accounts. What we need alongside that is a high-velocity motion aimed at the rest of the digital financial ecosystem — FinTechs, digital lenders, neo-banks, payment platforms, wallets, gaming and real-money-gaming operators, crypto exchanges, marketplaces, and the long tail of NBFCs.
The buyer is different, the cycle is shorter, the deals are smaller but far more of them, and the product-led / usage-based angle matters. This role owns that motion end to end.
We are at the stage where the constraint on Sign3 is no longer product or demand — it is execution bandwidth. Deals stall because someone did not chase the right MSA redline. Launches slip because a partner spec was not tracked. Good strategic bets lose to urgent noise because nobody is holding the map.
This role exists to be that person. A generalist operator who makes the founders — and the company — meaningfully faster. Not a chief-of-staff title looking for a calendar to manage.
Sign3 is a seed stage FinTech selling into scheduled commercial banks and regulated FinTechs. That puts us in two regulatory worlds at once: a venture-backed Indian startup that needs clean monthly closes, investor-grade MIS and a sane runway model; and a vendor to regulated financial institutions that has to respond to vendor-due-diligence, DPDP/IT-Act compliance, statutory audit and client procurement terms without breaking stride.
We need a CA who can run both tracks without losing a weekend to either.
