The Head of Ecosystem will own the Cedar-IBSi FinTech Lab end-to-end — from strategy and startup curation to program design, corporate partnerships, and community presence. This is a practitioner’s role, not a program managers. We are looking for someone who has actively led an incubator, accelerator, or ecosystem platform before, has genuine founder relationships, and knows how to build programs that produce tangible outcomes.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented manager to anchor the operational backbone of our CAT II AIF. This is a broad, high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of fund operations, finance, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in an AIF, NBFC, or investment management firm and is comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability environment.
The Associate is a core investment-delivery role contributing across the entire investment lifecycle. Responsibilities span proactive deal sourcing and evaluation and ecosystem engagement, market and competitive analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence, alongside investment-memorandum support and coordination of transaction documentation with founders and advisors. The role supports portfolio companies with reporting, strategic introductions, and operational guidance to drive value creation, and represents the fund in the ecosystem through research and industry forums. It carries direct founder exposure, works closely with the Partner on live deals, and may guide an Intern on assignments. The Associate is expected to own defined analytical modules end to end and to build deepening expertise in FinTech and enterprise-technology trends.

You will work across a broad range of marketing activities — from content creation and social media to event support and campaign execution. This is an ideal role for someone who wants wide exposure to B2B marketing in a professional services environment.
