Vashudev Ahuja
Vashudev brings experience across Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operations, regulatory compliance, and investor servicing. Prior to this, he was associated with Venture Catalysts, where he supported the launch and management of multiple SEBI-registered AIFs, overseeing fund structuring, capital calls and distributions of over ₹500 crore, investor reporting, and end-to-end compliance.
His experience includes building scalable operational frameworks, automating reporting workflows, and working closely with auditors, custodians, and depositories to ensure seamless regulatory adherence across the fund lifecycle.
Vashudev holds an Executive MBA from NMIMS, a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets from Jai Hind College, and is NISM Series XIX-C certified.
Outside of work, he actively engages in outdoor sports and social initiatives, volunteering with NGOs and participating in district-level sporting events.
